Job summary

Hyatt Place Downtown Tulsa is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests before arrival and during their stay, while maximizing suite revenue and occupancy. This role handles reservation and inquiry calls during shifts, develops superior service skills, and ensures guest satisfaction.

Candidates should be fluent in English, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree with an emphasis in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management and/or related fields preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience handling cash, accounting procedures and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to all guests’ requests, problems, complaints and/or accidents presented at the front desk or through reservations; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer all guest inquiries (i.e. hotel services and amenities, the area).
• Ensure delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests.
