The Lightwell Hotel + Spa in Hood River, OR is seeking friendly Front Desk Agents to join our new team. You will check guests in and out, answer calls, and assist with guest needs while delivering exceptional hospitality.

We offer full-time and part-time roles on all shifts. Ideal candidates have strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• genuine passion for hospitality and helping people
• Team-oriented individual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold the standards of hospitality and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Work all scheduled shifts - Must be able to work weekends
• Willing to cross-train with other departments
• Assist with other duties as needed
