Plamondon Hospitality Partners LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins, answer inquiries, and process transactions with a positive attitude.

Collaborate with all hotel departments, stay on your feet for long shifts, and take on tasks as needed. We offer bi-weekly pay, flexible scheduling, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

• Able to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and check guests in/out.
• Answer phones, process transactions, and assist guests with inquiries.
• Collaborate with restaurant, housekeeping and other departments to meet requests.
• Stay on your feet for up to 90% of shifts and lift up to 60 lbs when needed.
