Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Register arriving guests and collect payment information.
• Settle balances and handle cash discrepancies when departing.
• Respond to guest inquiries about entertainment or attractions and provide information for a pleasant stay.
• Print and process routine reports and assist in training new staff.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Uphold guest relations and refer guests to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Assist other departments with hotel guest requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
