Job summary

Westgate Park City Resort & Spa seeks a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests in Park City. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and deliver top-tier customer service while embodying Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic.

You will handle registrations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy, while maintaining guest records and responding promptly to requests. Full-time roles with flexible weekend/holiday shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with guests and team members.
• Customer service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy check-in/check-out periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and complete registrations, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and process guest bills and handle transactions accurately.
