Job summary

Economos Properties is seeking a friendly hotel front desk agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and provide exceptional service. You will handle cash, post charges, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, effective communication, and strong computer skills. Spanish is a plus, and some hotel experience is preferred. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer and basic software literacy.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction posting.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
• Must be willing to obtain Alcohol Compliance Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates courteous, friendly, and professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests and assign rooms in a courteous manner.
• Handle check-out processes and process payments accurately.
• Answer guest questions and provide information about services and local directions.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, and promotions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
