Job summary

ASH Hotels seeks a hospitality-focused team member to run daily service operations at our Seattle property. You will open/close front-of-house areas, coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Director of F&B, and maintain high service standards for guests.

You will greet and seat guests, assist with in-room dining, and ensure food and beverage quality before service. A minimum 2–3 years in hospitality is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team without losing control.
• Clear, confident communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Run daily service operations as part of the front-of-house team.
• Open/close checklists for servers, hosts, and assistants.
• Deliver attentive service, restock, and maintain menus; flag changes to management.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for up to four shifts per week.
• Greet and seat guests, support in-room dining, and ensure food/beverage quality.
