Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our Portland, OR property. The GSA will be the first point of contact for guests and oversee front desk operations, guest relations, and the hotel’s service standards.

Responsibilities include registering guests, processing transactions, assisting with reservations, and upselling where appropriate. The role requires morning/evening shifts, teamwork, and adherence to Sonesta G.U.E.S.T. standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluent English required; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; answer phones promptly.
• Process cash and card transactions; maintain cash handling security.
