Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, courteous service during guest check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, promotions, and room availability.
• Document and resolve guest requests, complaints, or problems with designated departments.
• Balance and post charges; process checkouts according to hotel requirements.
• Assist in coordinating with PBX, Concierge, Bell Staff, and Reservations as assigned.
