Job summary

Ithaka Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor at Elevation Convening Center & Hotel in Montgomery, AL. You will oversee daily Front Desk operations, supervise Front Desk Agents and the Reservations Coordinator in the absence of the Front Desk Manager, and drive guest satisfaction through leadership and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in hospitality guest services, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with poise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or hotel experience required.
• Strong customer relationships and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Desk operations and supervise Front Desk Agents and Reservations Coordinator in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel, local events, and amenities to assist guests.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.
• Upsell programs to increase room revenue and optimize occupancy.
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports to the team.
• Ensure service standards are consistently upheld across front office operations.
