Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types and rates.
• Answer department telephone within 3 rings, greet guests, and promote positive guest relations.
• Process all guest check-ins/outs, verify reservation information, and handle payments and incidentals.
• Document guest requests, complaints or problems and communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel.
• Generate and distribute daily reports; balance receipts and secure bank.
