Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year front desk or guest service experience.
• Fluency in local language; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math accurately.
• Flexible to night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide local insights and resolve guest requests.
• Maintain safety and security procedures.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front desk appearance.
• Coordinate with hotel team to meet guest needs.
