Responsibilities

• Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and date restrictions.
• Take room reservations and quote rates.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and assist with shift tasks.
• Balance and prepare paperwork for closing of shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist guests with safe deposit boxes.
