Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of all products, pricing, and Company History.
• Use knowledge of products and pricing to assist guests and upsell items.
• Follow Food Safety guidelines and keep fountain area, supplies, and surroundings clean.
• Keep fountain area and supplies stocked on floor and behind the fountain area.
• Maintain storerooms, coolers, and freezers in order and clean.
• Clean windows and mirrors as needed.
• Ensure washing facilities are clean and functional.
• Set up, maintain, and break down fountain area.
• Replenish toppings and fountain items and minimize waste.
• Maintain proper ice cream flavors at all times.
• Keep knowledge current of fountain products.
