Responsibilities

• Promote stellar customer service in a fast-paced casino setting.
• Greet guests promptly and assist at the table with a friendly attitude.
• Provide information on beverages and food options as needed.
• Transmit orders accurately to bar/culinary staff via Micros system.
• Serve food items and manage guest checks and transactions.
• Assist with station setup, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with food handling procedures and safety rules.
• Attend training and adhere to company policies and gaming regulations.
