Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in Wayne, PA to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and a well-trained, courteous crew. You will keep the line clean, with properly functioning equipment, and may assist when not busy.

The role involves supervising breaks, shifts, training, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, understands cash handling policies, and is knowledgeable about food safety

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when busy.
• Support crew scheduling, shifts and training.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
