Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining or nightlife is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math for POS and inventory.
• In-depth wine/alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain Gila River Health and Safety trainings (Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness, BBP).
• Excellent guest service, telephone etiquette, and self-motivation with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well with others and build relationships across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Must understand Enterprise Policies and regulatory requirements relevant to responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, courteous service.
• Assist food servers by running food and drinks as directed by management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked work area and stations.
• Stock supplies, clean menus, glassware, and sanitize tables.
• Prepare basic non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, water, iced tea).
