Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume bar/restaurant/nightclub preferred.
• General wine, beer and liquor knowledge preferred.
• Must obtain Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification and BBP training.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences.
• Answers menu questions posed by guests.
• Maintains knowledge of beverages and offerings.
• Upsells premium wine, beer and spirits.
• Observes signs of intoxication and acts appropriately.
• Provides friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues.
• May assist with food service and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen.
• Ensures quality and presentation meet guest expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
