Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math functions.
• Knowledge of wine and alcohol preferred.
• Must obtain a valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers to deliver hospitality in fine dining.
• Answer menu and beverage questions for guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dining menu and specials.
• Observe guests, anticipate needs, and assist with service steps.
• Provide quick, friendly, professional service and clear communication.
