Chelsea Hospitality Group in Morristown, NJ is seeking a friendly Busser to support servers and kitchen teams, keeping the dining area clean and inviting and ensuring a smooth, guest‑focused service.

You will clear tables, reset dining spaces, assist with water and bread service, and collaborate across FOH and kitchen teams to create memorable guest experiences while upholding CHG's standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between courses.
• Pour water and refill beverages as directed; assist with bread service.
• Keep stations, side stands, and service areas stocked with glassware, silverware, and linens.
• Polish glassware and silverware to house standards.
• Support runners with food delivery when needed.
• Complete opening, running, and closing sidework.
• Stay guest-focused and alert the service team to guest needs.
• Work as a team with FOH and kitchen staff throughout service.
