Job summary

Snowbasin Resort in Huntsville, Utah, is seeking a part-time Food Runner to ensure safe, swift delivery of food from kitchen to guest tables. You will work with the F&B Manager and Chef de Cuisine, promoting sanitation and compliance with health codes, serving as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House.

You will support guests with menu knowledge, portions, and garnishes while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across the expo area and service stations.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy items.
• Frequent bending, reaching overhead, twisting and kneeling.
• Stand and walk for extended periods in varying environments.
• Ability to travel to Snowbasin for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from kitchen to guest tables ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Coordinate with F&B Manager and Chef de Cuisine to operate FOH equipment.
• Adhere to health-code policies and department procedures.
• Interact professionally with guests and co-workers to provide service.
• Know menu items to answer guest questions and assist with portions and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of Expo station and inventory levels.
