Snowbasin Resort is seeking a Busser to support our restaurants and lodges with bussing tables, restocking, and side work. You will work with the F&B Manager to promote sanitation and a clean guest experience on-site at Snowbasin, with shifts including mornings to evenings and weekends.

This part-time position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in indoor/outdoor environments. Utah Food Handler’s Permit is required.

Responsabilidades

• Read, understand, and abide by the employee handbook and resort & department polices & procedures.
• Maintain a positive work environment by working and communicating in a courteous and professional manner with all guests and co-workers.
• Maintain awareness of safety, sanitation and security procedures relevant to the department and property.
• Interact professionally and efficiently with guests.
• Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists accurately.
• Restock products, silverware, and condiments within lodge dining rooms.
• Bus dishes in dining rooms and on patios and maintain superior cleanliness in mountain lodges.
• Maintains cleanliness of facility, indoors and outdoors, as instructed by a MOD.
• Maintains required stock levels and pars on required items.
• Attend and contribute to required meetings and trainings.
• Participate in and promote safety and accident prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
