Join our dynamic team at Auberge Collection as a Food Runner / Expeditor in Park City, UT. You’ll help deliver exceptional dining experiences by coordinating kitchen and front-of-house, expediting orders, garnishing plates, and ensuring food safety and timely service.

You’ll support servers and guests, maintain a tidy service area, and uphold luxury standards through polished communication and a proactive, guest-focused mindset in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, in a luxury setting, is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen communication by calling out orders and updating on dish status.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately, on time, with correct priority.
• Finish dishes with garnishes and remove smudges for presentation.
• Assist servers, bartenders and guests by taking orders and delivering items.
• Engage with guests about needs and beverage satisfaction to ensure high-quality service.
• Operate, maintain and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Keep expediting area and outlets tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and safety standards.
• Check in with guests after delivery to ensure needs are met.
