Job summary

Snowbasin-Resort-1 in Huntsville, Utah is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support the F&B team. You will care for china, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment, ensuring organization and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, you will follow sanitation procedures, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to state and federal health codes. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching overhead, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Care for china, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment with focus on organization and speed.
• Operate safely with kitchen equipment and follow sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, racks, and work station; follow health code requirements.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists; participate in safety and accident prevention.
• Travel to Snowbasin for scheduled shifts as needed.
