Evolving Solution Services in Williamsport, PA is seeking a part-time Manager On Duty to oversee daily operations of the Williamsport Lumber Yards facility, ensure guest service, enforce policies, and coordinate staff during shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open the building at the start of each day.
• Monitor facility operations, enforce policies and safety procedures.
• Supervise frontline staff and maintain service standards.
• Handle inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
• Respond to incidents and resolve guest concerns.
• Complete reports and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop relationships with customers and tenants.
• Secure the building at day’s end.
