Job summary

Global Investment Management Firm in Century City, CA is seeking a warm Hospitality and Facilities Associate to support their Los Angeles office. You will help maintain a high-quality workplace through hands-on support of dining, catering, and meeting setups, and ensure shared spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained for employees and guests.

The role covers daily pantry and conference room upkeep, catering setup, and coordinating with Executive Assistants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Hospitality Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of pantries, dining rooms, and conference rooms.
• Assist with large meeting set-ups including catering and cleanup of conference rooms.
• Assist with general catering setups when needed.
• Work closely with Executive Assistants regarding group meetings and setup requests.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected to standards.
• Detailed cleaning of workstations and offices for moves and new hires.
• Support specialized cleaning projects.
• Monitor group meetings and requests in Outlook to provide hospitality support.
