Job summary

Sun Island is seeking an attentive Food & Beverage associate to support guest service across outlets. You will greet guests, seat them, and ensure timely service with impeccable hygiene and hospitality.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with the F&B team, maintaining beverage stock and linen, and helping to open outlets on schedule while upholding SOPs. Candidates should have 2–3 years in hotel industry, be calm under pressure, and proficient with Micros/POS.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/F&B operations is required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Attend guests promptly, greet and seat them.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the outlets.
• Check linen stock and manage beverage storage and temperature.
• Ensure the outlet is ready to open 15 minutes prior to the posted opening time.
• Direct and supervise service staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train staff per SOPs and provide ongoing feedback.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
