Job summary

Ale House is hiring an Expeditor to ensure guests receive hot, accurately described dishes. You will coordinate with front and back of house, maintain menu knowledge, and uphold presentation standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, timely communication, and attention to guest needs with a focus on safety and sanitation protocols. 18+ and ability to work in a dynamic environment are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading skills for menus and orders.
• Must be at least 18 years old unless state law requires otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within five feet with a smile and friendly manner.
• Ensure menu knowledge to answer questions, including allergies.
• Coordinate with FOH and BOH to fulfill guest needs promptly.
• Maintain hot, properly presented dishes and call for food runners as needed.
• Monitor ticket times and ensure food handling and sanitation standards.
