This role emphasizes timing, accuracy, and coordination with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, are comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 30 lbs. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to meet guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
