P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring an Expeditor (Expo) to ensure craveable food for guests in both takeout and dine-in settings. You will manage ticket times and coordinate with managers to meet guest expectations.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, can multitask in a fast-paced team, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible shifts and growth opportunities are available at this location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Clear speaking/listening with staff and guests.
• Understanding of English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh within ticket times.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
