Job summary

Hard Rock Biloxi is seeking an energetic team member to support events and guest services on-site. You will help with promotions, decorations, photo opportunities, and merchandise setup while ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced venue.

You’ll assist guests with information, manage simple cash handling, and help direct patrons to seats and services. The role emphasizes excellent guest relations and adherence to casino policies in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be very detailed oriented.
• Must project a professional and positive image.
• Must have a high level of energy
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with people with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively with all Hard Rockers and guests.
• Must be able to stand for 4 or more hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with casino systems and Microsoft apps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate events & promotions by distributing gifts and promotional items.
• Assist in events by setting up space, organizing merchandise and decorations.
• Occasional cash handling following procedures.
• Assist guests with requests for assistance and information; deliver superior guest service.
• Educate guests on promotions and events; know property information and memorabilia.
• Prepare and decorate for special events and holidays as requested by other departments.
• Greet and assist guests entering the theater; scan tickets and notify supervision of issues.
• Direct guests to seats and sections in the venue.
• Promote Motorcoach packages to tour operators and manage group activities and payments.
