Hard Rock International in Biloxi, MS is seeking energetic team members to join our hospitality team. As a server, you will take orders, run food, handle cash, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Demonstrating responsible alcohol service, proper ID checks, and accurate sales transactions with our POS system are essential. Maintain a clean, organized station and assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle payments.
• Ability to demonstrate responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Taking guests' orders.
• Running food.
• Handling cash & other forms of payment.
• Making proficient sales transactions - using a POS system.
• Properly checks IDs for guests who appear under 30.
• Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrating product knowledge.
• Suggestive selling using proven techniques.
• Answering questions accurately and politely.
• Satisfy guests' needs and check back with them.
• Maintaining a clean & organized station; pre-bussing & table maintenance.
• Performing opening, closing & side duties for station setup and breaks.
• Knowing table/station numbers.
• Directing guests to areas & restrooms.
• Creating memorable experiences.
• Entertaining guests to create 'Raving Fans'.
