Ogan Hospitality is seeking a Client Relations Manager to enhance guest experiences from initial contact through event execution. The role supports a Senior Sales Manager, handling food and beverage sales, rental coordination and client interactions across all event stages.

The position offers opportunities to learn across sales and operations and grow into an autonomous Sales Manager after about a year. A strong emphasis on service, organization, and cross-team collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• One year experience in Catering and/or event planning.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely response and exceptional service to clients.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional manner with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Prepare proposals and event orders with attention to detail.
• Provide timely follow up and communication with clients throughout the event process.
• Manage the event process from consultation to execution.
• Assist with rental appointments and venue walkthroughs for planned events.
• Understand operations needs and ensure back-end requirements are met for successful event planning.
• Support the Operations team during preparation to streamline event details.
