Job summary

Bonclarken Conference Center is seeking a Guest Services Ops Assistant to help maintain clean, welcoming spaces and assist with event setup and guest services. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, initiative, and a positive guest experience for campers, guests, and staff.

You will support daily operations in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and help ensure high standards of service across activities and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership through actions and accountability.
• Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning services, events, recreation, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready facilities, including activity areas, common spaces, and event locations.
• Support setup and breakdown of guest spaces, events, and activities.
• Organize, restock, and transport supplies and equipment across camp as needed.
• Assist with daily guest services needs, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Respond to operational needs in real time and shift priorities as necessary.
• Model a positive, team-oriented attitude and support a high standard of service.
