Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to support event success at our hotel venues. You will prepare and maintain banquet spaces, assist guests during events, and work as part of a collaborative team to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Full mobility to navigate banquet spaces and events.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Ensure guest needs are attended to throughout events.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, store furnishings when not in use, and report repairs or maintenance needs.
