Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, execution, and teardown of company events and sponsorships.
• Coordinate event logistics, supplies, timelines, and checklists.
• Attend and support company events, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
• Capture and share event content for social media and recaps.
• Help maintain organized event spaces, storage areas, and swag inventory.
• Support administrative and event prep tasks including printing, supplies, errands.
