lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and real-time product education in our stores. You will connect with guests, share product knowledge, and authentically reflect our community and culture.

As part of a team, you’ll engage on the sales floor, support omnichannel programs, and uphold a premium store environment. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation may be required per local regulations (EMEA note).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of lululemon products.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and adhere to safety policies.
