Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share product education, and authentically speak about our community and culture.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, respond to feedback with leadership, and support omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store. A strong focus on inclusivity, teamwork, and integrity guides daily work.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to improve service
• Perform product presentation tasks and support store operations
• Use in-store technology to support store operations
