lululemon is seeking a Full Time Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, provide expert product education, and embody the company culture on the sales floor. The Educator will engage with guests, share knowledge about technical fabrics, and contribute to an inclusive, growth-focused store environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to move through the store to assist guests while maintaining a premium luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation and comply with local regulations (EMEA note in text).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate transactions and market-relevant omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
