Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and acknowledge guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value/benefits of products.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, phone sales).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
