lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through purchase solutions while representing our community and culture.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, inclusivity, and adaptability in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. Availability includes flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and meet local requirements (EMEA note).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
