lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and delivering a premium service standard within a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include on-floor engagement, resolving guest requests, and supporting store operations while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel options per company standards
• Move on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address issues
