lululemon is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share high-quality product education, and connect with our community in-store. You will help guests find the right products, explain features, and support seamless transactions while upholding our inclusive culture.

Responsibilities include engaging with guests on the floor, collaborating with teammates, and maintaining a clean, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store with own transportation as required (local policy).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting their time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and communicate product value clearly.
• Conduct end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel program execution.
• Move on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Establish productive relationships with teammates and collaborate on tasks.
• Perform product presentation, restock, and inventory replenishment as needed.
• Use in-store tech to support operations and guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, luxury store environment and follow safety rules.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
