lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail store. You will engage customers, share product education, and connect with the community in line with our culture and standards.

You will rotate on the floor to assist guests, handle store tasks, and support leadership in delivering an exceptional shopping environment. This role emphasizes inclusivity, accountability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsabilités

• Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time

• Guest Experience: Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs
• Guest Experience: Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs
• Guest Experience: Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests
