As part of our team, you will move on the floor, support store operations, and uphold our inclusive culture. Flexible scheduling and regular collaboration with teammates are a must to wow guests daily.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering world-class guest service.
• Ability to explain product education clearly.
• Comfort with in-store technology and omnichannel programs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences with accurate transactions and omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
