Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our retail stores, sharing product education and representing our community and culture. You're expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and to contribute to a luxury in-store atmosphere.

Training on product education, omnichannel programs, and safety policies will be provided as part of our ongoing development, with a focus on inclusion, integrity, guest experience, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location
• Must be 18 years or older
• Right to Work documentation (EMEA only)
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests' time
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right
