lululemon is seeking a dynamic Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Denver area store. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel options.

You will move through the sales floor assisting guests, restocking, and maintaining a luxurious environment while upholding our values of inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value
• Handle transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store)
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action
