lululemon in Charlotte is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our store. Educators engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically convey our community and culture.

You will move on the floor to assist guests, support omnichannel programs, and help maintain a luxury store environment. The role emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in-store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
