Job summary

lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and share product education in our retail store. You will engage with guests, educate on products, and speak authentically about our community and culture to inspire movement and well-being.

You will move on the floor to connect with guests, perform stock and display tasks, and collaborate with teammates to maintain a premium store experience. This role supports a dynamic, energetic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies and safety procedures.
