Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of supervisory experience in food or retail, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in basic business math. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and costs to meet targets and manage scheduling.
• Recruit, train, and develop hourly employees; promote a safe, productive workplace.
• Prepare and submit required reports; support financial accountability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA, health and safety compliance and security procedures.
